If you celebrate, how did your weekend long run go?
Last long run before the taper. I’m pacing Robbie this year. Friday he celebrated two years post incarceration. Longest he’s been out of prison since he was in high school. He’s in his early 50s. Dude is one of the most up beat positive folks I know. 
Hot and muggy! I’d prefer cooler and not as humid. But I got it done both days. Three weeks till go time.
